چکیده

Hemorrhagic cystitis — an inflammatory disease of the bladder with a complex etiology. The frequency of this pathology has increased substantially due to the increase in the number of patients undergoing radiation therapy for malignant neoplasms ofpelvic organs. The development of a rational treatment for hemorrhagic cystitis is a difficult problem. Given the pathogenetic basis of this disease, it is assumed that, the optimal method of treatment should be aimed at the regeneration of the glycosaminoglycan mucosal layer of the bladder. This article presents the results of a study of the effectiveness of intravesical instillations of hyaluronic acid in the treatment of hemorrhagic cystitis.
